Our History

Woodvale Baptist Church was founded as a mission on April 1st, 1960. The first service in a newly built sanctuary took place on December 31st, 1961. Woodvale joined with the York Baptist Association on October 22nd, 1963. Several building and renovation projects have been completed since.

The Woodvale Church Family has served the Lord, Jesus Christ, through times of great joy and frightening turmoil. We continue to seek His will, follow His path and share His love together.
